Beef & Veggie Low-Carb Wraps

Thursday is my lazy day of the week. I usually plan a dinner that will take me 15 minutes or less to make.

This dish is perfect for those days when you still want to eat healthy but don't have the time or energy to invest in cooking and slaving away in the kitchen. Enjoy it with a fresh salad or oven chips on the side.



Ingredients:
  • Ready cut Stir-fry Veg
  • Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt & Pepper
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Low-Carb Wraps
  • Beef (stir-fry)
  • Hoisin Sauce

Method:
  • Fry the beef in olive oil until brown in a pan
  • Add the sesame seeds to the pan and toast for 2 min
  • Add the hoisin sauce to the beef and sesame seeds and stir through
  • Remove the beef hoisin mix from the pan and place in a bowl to rest
  • Fry the veg in the leftover sauce and olive oil for 5 min 
  • Place the beef and hoisin mix and veg in the wrap and fold over
And dinner is served! That's a wrap :) !!
